Ripple News: Three XRP ETFs Will Go Live on April 30 in the U.S.
ProShares is set to launch three XRP-tracked ETFs on April 30 following tacit approval from the SEC. The new offerings include the Ultra XRP ETF, which provides 2x leverage, a Short XRP ETF, and an Ultra Short XRP ETF with -2x leverage. This move follows the successful conclusion of Ripple's legal battle with the SEC, which has cleared previous regulatory hurdles for XRP. Earlier this month, Teucrium's 2x XRP ETF became the first XRP ETF to start trading in the U.S., achieving over $5 million in trading volumes on its first day. Additionally, the CME Group has added XRP futures to its derivatives platform, increasing interest in XRP-related products. While ProShares has gained approval for these ETFs, the SEC's decision on several XRP spot ETF applications remains pending, with Grayscale’s filing facing a crucial deadline on May 22.
