Analysts predict that Bitcoin could reach $137,000 if the US Treasury continues its liquidity injections into financial markets. Since February, the Treasury has injected $500 billion into these markets due to the depletion of its Treasury General Account (TGA) following a $36 trillion debt ceiling deadline. This movement has increased net Federal Reserve liquidity to $6.3 trillion, which may positively impact Bitcoin's price despite current minimal growth in risk assets. A particular analyst indicated that the TGA's balance has fallen from $842 to $342 billion, releasing liquidity expected to peak at $600 billion in April. While the ongoing tax season may temporarily drain liquidity, forecasts predict a rebound in May. The historical correlation between Bitcoin and global liquidity suggests that a surge in liquidity could significantly elevate Bitcoin prices. In addition, a trader has forecasted a potential new all-time high of $137,000 for Bitcoin by mid-2025, contingent on its performance against key moving averages.
