Bitcoin ETFs have reached a significant milestone, with total holdings surpassing $125 billion as of January 30, 2025. This growth reflects increasing institutional interest in Bitcoin, which represented over 6% of the current BTC supply. From January 1 to 24, these ETFs attracted over $4.2 billion in inflows, accounting for 6% of all ETF investments. BlackRock’s Bitcoin ETF has emerged as the largest in the U.S. by assets, managing over $58 billion and claiming more than 46% of the market share among U.S. Bitcoin ETFs. It ranked as the 31st largest ETF globally, integrating both crypto and traditional finance products. Analysts suggest that this momentum could lead Bitcoin to reach $200,000 by the end of 2025, although market volatility and potential interest rate uncertainties pose risks to this trajectory.
